Shipping & Returns
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All jewelry is handmade and inspected before shipping. We suggest you please inspect you order for damages or defects upon arrival. If you receive any product that requires replacement due only to manufacturing defect you must submit notice of your replacement via email; please include your name, order number and description of the defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for identical items only; no refunds will be given. Shipping costs involved with returning defective merchandise within the allowed (14) days will be covered by Amy Bengtson Design. The buyer will be solely responsible for all shipping cost involved with returning defective merchandise and the shipping of replacement merchandise if the defective merchandise is received by Amy Bengtson Design more than (14) days from receipt of the original shipment. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials in the condition you received it. If the returned merchandise is out of stock you will be given the option of waiting for the item to be restocked or selecting an alternate replacement product. Only under this condition will you be allowed to select a different product for exchange. If the alternate product selected to replace your defective merchandise is of greater value than the returned item you will be responsible for paying the difference.
All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed or the purchaser may be responsible for a percentage of the order completed.
Each item is handmade to order. All orders will be shipped in 3-5 days from the date the order was received. If for some reason Amy Bengtson Design is unable to deliver within this time frame the purchaser will be notified immediately.
Processing orders Once payment is processed, orders will ship within 3-5 days. Any discrepancies in the estimated shipping time will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
We ship USPS. All orders are charged $8.50. A flat fee for shipping and handling.

Unfortunately we are unable to process international orders through our shopping cart. However in some cases we can make exceptions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipping options.
